SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders will be shipped via US Postal Service from Boone, NC 28607. Orders will be processed in our facility and should leave our shipping dock within 5 business days. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Your credit card is charged when your order ships.
If you need to expedite your order, please contact our Customer Service Department to make arrangements.

This chart is for ground shipments to the contiguous 48 states. All other areas will be notified of shipping costs prior to the order being sent. |
Please ensure that you will be able to receive your package at the delivery address you provide. Virtual Blue Ridge Bookstore is not responsible for merchandise or packages lost by our shipping carrier enroute to your location. We do apply delivery confirmation and/or tracking to each of our orders. If you wish to purchase insurance for your order, please contact our Customer Service Department.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
There are instances where items may be out of stock. When this happens, you will be contacted by e-mail as soon as we find the shortage. Your order will then be placed on "HOLD" and will then ship upon the arrival of the missing items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish your order to be shipped without the out of stock items.
RETURN POLICY
Virtual Blue Ridge Bookstore wants you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that we have provided. If you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, please feel free to return the item(s) within 60 days. If your order is lost, incorrect, defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 45 days of the date your placed your order. A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for items returned for reasons other than defective or damaged products.

Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, in which case Virtual Blue Ridge Bookstore will arrange to have the item picked up. Please include your name and address on the outside of the returned package(s).
Please note :: we do not accept returns for digital media products such as Audio CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, and computer software. We are sorry, but these items can be easily copied so make sure you read the product description carefully.
